Tricks Workshop Success!

Hi everyone. I had such a great time in the Tricks Workshop. We had about 15 DKC students participate in it. We started with a fun warmup that took us into an exciting segment where we reviewed all our basic kicks. We then started putting together combinations of kicks and tricks. We worked on 180's and 360's. And I introduced a 540 kick to everyone. It was an outstanding time. Everyone did great. We all realized that our basic martial arts classes are sooooo important to taking it to another level! Here is a short video of that event.

Great day to begin!

Greetings everyone! I am ready for another exciting day...no "dull moments" in this day! See you on the training floor!

Great classes today at dkc

Today's classes were great! I had fun with the tots class. They had so much energy that we had to take several pauses to catch up to ourselves...:) Great fun! Mrs. Dinoto is so great with the kids! I really enjoy working with her. The bigger kids classes were also very exciting today. Master Dinoto had everyone working hard on their ground "bully buster" skills. It's always a pleasure watching him lead a class. I also enjoyed hearing some great jobs reports from out parents about their children. We gave out a couple of 1st Time Listener stripes...congrats to those beginners! Oh...today was also Bring a Buddy Day and Stripe Day. We a some buddies come in today and really enjoyed learning the ground safety skills. I also updated the DKC website...check it out at www.dinotokarate.com and let me know what you think.
