Self Defense - Vital Strike Areas

I've been looking at some basic strikes, such as groin kicks, palm strikes, elbows and more for self-defense.

The question that I am asked more often is, Where are the best places to strike an attacker?


Well there are lots of charts to direct you, but it's much easier to have a real live expert instructor explain them to you. If you get an opportunity to take a self defense seminar, take a friend and a notebook, you'll get loads of information to take home with you.
